Online Ticketing

Tickets purchased online from Paramount Twin, Inc. ("Paramount 5") are equal in validity to tickets purchased on site. You must have a booking number in order to validate an online ticket. By proceeding with a purchase you are agreeing to these terms.

Purchasing tickets online guarantees you a seat, but it does not guarantee any specific seat or seating position. It also does not guarantee seating in any proximity to other individuals in your group, regardless of whether or not you purchased those tickets in the same transaction. Seat selection is available does does not guarantee that you will be able to sit in the selected seat. Every effort will be made to allow you to sit in your selected seat, but you may be reassigned if circumsances require it as determined by the staff. Online purchases are subject to booking fees which are non-refundable. Tickets can be refunded up to 30 minutes after the published start time, but the booking fees are not refundable under any circumstances. The online ticketing platform is operated by a third party which charges a per-transaction fee for their services.

Payment information for online purchase is handled exclusively by a third party so we are never in possession of your payment method details. Questions regarding online ticketing should be directed to boxoffice@paramount5.com

Loyalty Programs

“5 Star Loyalty Rewards” is a membership-based program for customers of Paramount Twin, Inc. (Paramount5). You must be enrolled as a member to accrue points or receive other membership benefits. You can apply for, or view information about membership at http://www.paramount5.com/rewards. This program is only available at the locations specified in the program details.

By enrolling in this program you are agreeing to these terms. To cancel your existing membership, email boxoffice@paramount5.com

As a member, you can accrue points when you make qualifying purchases and redeem those points for specific items. To find details about what purchases earn points, visit www.paramount5.com/rewards

Points are accrued on regular ticket and concession purchase.
Points are not accrued on other items like online booking fees, gift cards, gift certificates, auditorium rentals, advertising, bulk purchases, etc.
When you use a coupon, you accrue points based on the actual amount paid, not the retail value of the items purchased.
When you purchase qualifying items using a gift card or gift certificate, points are accrued, but points are not accrued when purchasing a gift card or gift certificate. Passes (including certificates with the "Comp" hole punched out) do not accrue points.
Reward tickets cannot be redeemed for special events (including, but not limited to, fathom events, live events or private events) or any other ticket with non-standard pricing.
We may use your email address to send you communications about your membership and marketing emails. This program is administrated using 3rd parties. Your private information will not be sold or shared with any other parties for any reason.
Points have no cash value.
We reserve the right to make alterations to or discontinue this loyalty program without notice or liability for points earned.
We reserve the right to cancel any membership if we determine, at our sole discretion, that said membership is being abused.
Only one membership can be used per transaction.
You must provide your membership information at the beginning of the transaction.
You must be at least 16 years old to have a membership.
Transactions that include purchases made using employee discounts are not eligible to earn points.
Points cannot be earned or redeemed in the event of computer, network, or internet failure.
Our failure to enforce any of the above terms does not revoke our right to enforce the remaining terms or to enforce any terms in the future.
